Burger Boost is a neighbourhood counter on Fulham Palace Road. Burgers off the flat-top, French tacos grilled with fries and cheese sauce inside, crispy chicken, rice bowls and thick shakes.
The name is the order: a little extra. Extra sear, extra cheese, extra care with the pickle. The shop isn’t open yet — we’re still fitting it out at 95A.
Burgers
Patties hit a hot flat-top until the crust is real. Cheese goes on while they’re still loud.
French tacos
A grilled galette, fries and sauce folded in. Beef, chicken, mixte or tenders.
Chicken & bowls
Crisp coating on a bun, or the same chicken over rice when you want a bowl.
